This task order includes providing necessary labor, material and/or equipment to perform all work associated with performing the following tasks:
• Conference Room: Demolition as per demo plan, Provide and install wall partition, doors, frames and hardware, Sprinkler modifications, Mechanical and Controls modifications (diffuser, ductwork, T-stat and carbon monoxide sensor), Electrical modifications, Tray Ceiling and Painting.
• Remaining Areas: Demolish quarry floor tile, mortar bed, quarry wall base, plants, drain and water piping modifications, storefront framing and double doors and frame. Provide and install proposed concrete work, aluminum composite material wall panels, aluminum storefront, terrazzo flooring, cement based mortar bed as recommended by terrazzo manufacturer/installer, terrazzo wall base, vinyl composition tile, vinyl wall base, painting. Remove existing carpet and install new carpet. Installation includes moving all existing furnishings and equipment as required for installation of proposed carpet.
All work is being performed in Building 2001 at the DLA in New Cumberland.
