Brief Project Description:
This Design Bid Build (DBB) construction project involves removing the exterior insulation and finish system from the exterior of Building 410 (at the NSA in Mechanicsburg) and replacing it with insulated metal panels. Existing canvas or wooden awnings will be replaced with metal awnings. Other minor architectural upgrades included are replacing existing insect screens on exterior windows, painting the concrete base wall, electrical & mechanical repairs on the exterior.
The work is located at the Naval Support Activity (NSA), Mechanicsburg, PA. The building will be occupied during performance of the work under this contract.
