Brief Project Description:
The project consists of constructing an approximately 3,500-square-foot addition to Building 1171, including relocation of existing water and storm utilities and full construction of the new addition as shown on NUWCDIVNPT Drawing No. 22-021A. The contractor shall utilize NAVFAC’s Electronic Construction and Facility Support Contract Management System (eCMS) for all technical submittals and document management. Existing features not scheduled for removal must be protected during construction, and any elements altered or damaged shall be repaired or replaced to match existing or adjoining work, leaving the facility in equal or better condition upon completion.
