Benaka employee safety is not limited to field supervisors Subcontractors, crew, but extends to estimators, engineers, and managers as well.
Convening daily before any work begins, safety professionals go over the work on hand, potential risks, mitigation options, and best practices to highlight and infuse safe measures throughout the project.
Safety inspections is conducted on a continuous basis by the safety representative. A safety inspection checklist is used regularly by safety representatives to comply with all applicable safety and health requirements. During these inspections, potential hazard conditions associated with the definable features of work is discussed and methods for maintaining a safe working environment while performing the work will be reviewed.
