Brief Project Description:
Broad scope of the work includes, but is not limited to:
Demolition, site work, interior renovations and finishes, door and hardware, ceilings, roofing repairs, mechanical work, electrical work, plumbing work, fire protection and sprinkler systems, lighting, Testing and Balancing, Commissioning patching and painting.
Work also includes all labor, material and equipment costs associated with protecting in place or to remove, disassemble, protect and store free standing furniture and associated components. This includes the reassembling of the free standing furniture and all associated components, providing electrical and data connections to all work spaces.
