Brief Project Description:
Project No CURZ152813 Alter B- 140 Squad OPS Facility
1. Renovation of Building 140 to accommodate the changing requirements of Squadron Operations. The Project involves the renovation of about 30,500 gross square feet and will include:
a. Structural modifications.
b. Interior renovations including finishes, demolition, framing, doors and hardware.
c. Replacement of existing aluminum window systems and related framing required to meet AT/FP Blast Requirements.
d. HVAC systems including fire protection.
e. Electrical systems including lighting, data, power, fire alarm and mass notification.
f. Improvements to meet ADA Requirements including elevator, masonry shaft and accessibility ramp.
g. Squad OPS Communication Cabling.
h. Install Roof Mounted PV system
i. Install the pergola south of the Heritage Room
j. Install a moisture vapor emission control system over the concrete slab on the lower level scheduled to receive one of the following finishes: a. resilient flooring, b. Linoleum flooring & c. Carpet tile.

1. Partial renovation of Building 140 to accommodate the Automated Logistics Information System (ALIS) associated with the F-35 Program. The project involves the interior renovation of about 1,000 SF including interior partitions, doors, finishes, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
