Brief Project Description:
This work is divided into 3 phases. The work involves renovation and alteration of 8 Suites in Building 439, Naval Submarine Base New London, CT. The work includes New Flooring, Wall and Ceiling Finishes, Electrical, Telephone and Data services, Lighting fixtures and roof mounted HVAC equipment and Systems Furniture. Two Suites are to be renovated into a conference room with all new finishes and incidental related work.
