Brief Project Description:
New Construction of an approximately 6,897 square foot building belonging to NAVFAC MID ATLANTIC located in Marine Reserve Center, Brooklyn, NY. The general scope of project includes: Site clearing, site improvements to include asphalt paving, concrete paving, utilities, site lighting, pre-engineered Aggregate piers, pre-engineered Steel building, Overhead doors, interior partitions, doors and hardware, new floor/wall/ceiling finishes, plumbing – Gas line, HVAC system – Infrared heaters with temperature control system, electrical service power and lighting.
