Brief Project Description:
The work involves the garden rehabilitation at the Cooper-Hewitt National design museum of approximately 12000 SF building belonging to Smithsonian Institution. The general scope of work involved landscape demolition and removals of historic masonry, rehabilitation of underground utilities including grading and drainage work, landscaping, paving, plantings, exterior electrical lighting work, plumbing work. The building was occupied during the construction process hence a phased approach of construction schedule was adopted.
