Brief Project Description:

The Cotter IRS project involved the phased Construction of 27,500 SF of interior office space in occupied building, including installation of new fire alarm system. Work on this project involved interior alterations in the first floor of the Cotter IRS building in Hartford Connecticut. The building was occupied during renovations, hence leading to a phased approach. The scope of work consists of the design and installation of a new automatic sprinkler system. The work includes all piping, valves, sprinklers, fittings, hangers, asbestos abatement work and accessories required for a complete operating system. The work associated with this project also involves Interior Renovations such as, providing handicap accessibility throughout the building, toilet rooms, shower rooms, access to the auditorium stage and exterior renovations such as replacement of all window glazing and exterior doors, repaint steel lintels. Painting front exterior façade, window frames, steel lintels & exterior doors. The roofing is being replaced on multi-levels.
