• Additional work involved the replacement of the windows on both the first and second floors of the east elevation. The work having been performed in an occupied facility necessitated a phased approach to the schedule, work done in phase’s required complete coordination with the Government & the occupied tenants. There was no impact to the customer work, which was critical for the fleet support. This was a high visibility project with no margin of error.
