Brief Project Description:
Mechanical renovation of approximately 12,000 Sf building belonging to NAVFAC Naval War College located in Newport, RI. This facility functions as a museum and has miscellaneous storage and administrative space. The general scope of project included HVAC system Renovations, electrical service power, fire protection systems, GC restoration and hazardous material abatement. A phased approach to construction schedule was adopted.
