Brief Project Description:
Design Build Services for the conversion of the existing freight elevator in building 79 to the passenger elevator & minor building modifications.
This project included investigating & documenting the existing conditions, relocating existing utilities, demolishing and relocating a storage room & existing office, preserving the first floor elevator doors, performing a hazardous material study, preparing all design documents required.
This work was performed in an occupied facility under heightened security requirements.
This elevator repair project was part of a Hub Zone JOC for the Naval Shipyard in Kittery Maine.
