Brief Project Description:
The work involves partial removal and disposal of lighting, mirrors, ceiling, mechanical piping, HVAC ducts and HVAC equipment. Providing under roof reinforcing of steel support joists for 2 new roof top air handlers. Providing new HVAC equipment consisting of unit heaters, roof top air handlers and split system furnaces. Providing mechanical support systems of ductwork, piping automatic temperature controls. Replace and install new electrical cabling and panel. Start-up, test and balance new and existing mechanical and electrical systems.
